Single menu at €36 per person - drinks not included
"Pâté en croute", "foie gras" heart and colorful mesclun salad.
Crispy lobster, hake and shrimp à la bretonne, champagne sauce. Baby greens in vinaigrette.
Mini roast capon, wild mushrooms, sweet potato mousseline and jus.
Cod steak in a creamy sorrel sauce. Black rice risotto with roasted vegetables.
Pavlova "Mont Blanc" style.
Iced "Buche".
Dinner by reservation only, limited to 80 people. A deposit of €36 per person, cancellable 48 hours in advance, is required.
